Place Your Order
Ordering is easy! simply call us to place your order and pay when you collect. By calling in advance, we can check stock and prepare your materials, ensuring a smooth, quick, and hassle-free collection experience.
If your items are in stock
If your items are available at your nearest branch, we’ll have them ready for collection as quickly as possible. Let us know any special requests, and we’ll prepare your order to make collection fast and hassle-free.
If your items are at another branch
If your items aren’t available at your nearest branch, they may be in stock at another location. You can choose to collect directly from that branch, or we can transfer your order via our inter-branch delivery service. Transfers can take up to 7 days, depending on the delivery schedule. For the most accurate timing, speak with your sales adviser, who can help you plan your collection efficiently.
If your items are on order
If your items are on order, we’ll contact you as soon as they arrive so you know they’re ready for collection. When placing your order, we’ll provide an estimated arrival date, though exact timing may vary if third-party suppliers are involved.
